The N doesn't stand for anything. N**I is a German pseudo-acronym for members of the NSDAP (German: Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei).
You will note that N**I is taken from NAtionalsoZIalistische; the meaning of which is not nationalist but national socialist. In German, that is a single concatenated word. National socialist is a single entity in German. If you want to include any or all forms of socialism among such lunacy as white supremecism and N**Ism, I have no objection. Nationalism, by itself, is something entirely different.
