To all of you who are so eager to condemn Judge Kavanaugh.....What if it was your son,father,brother etc who have been accused of something as horrible as forcible rape..would you want your loved one to fight with all he got,or would you rather he show so called judicial "temperament" and just give in?????.....I have a son who is 24 and if God forbid he was accused of something as horrible as this and deep inside he knew he was innocent, believe me, i would tell him go all in with all the guns blazing!!!!....And i think you HYPOCRITES would do the same!!!!

I don't see Kavanaugh's father, son, brother out there fighting for him. All I see is Kavanaugh pointing his finger at anyone but himself. Since gang rape seems to have been a trait between Kavanaugh and his band of brothers that he would forcibly try to rape someone doesn't seem to be out of character. Neil Gorsuch came out of the same high school and not a single woman ever accused him of sexual assault or any form of sexual misconduct. Did you guys ever stop for even have a second and think that maybe these allegations might be true?

In spite of what you may think women aren't coming out of the woodwork to point their fingers at Judges or Presidents accusing them of rape and sexual assault. Only Clinton and Trump were so accused and only Thomas and now Kavanaugh have been accused among judges. Clinton we know was guilty and Trump is on tape admitting to sexually assaulting women. Thomas is irrelevant because he has been seated but with Kavanaugh, his best friend Mark Judge has admitted to one of his girlfriends that he and others got girls blaringly drunk and then gang-raped them by pulling a train on them. Now Judge doesn't name Kavanaugh specifically but are we suppose to believe that the two were thick as thieves at all times except when raping drunken teenage girls? I hardly think so.

So go ahead and come out with your guns blazing but from what I can tell so far only people who are guilty of sexually assaulting women have been so accused. When we look at the string of me so accused of sexually assaulting women I can't think of a single one who has been innocent. So if you son finds himself amongst those accused he better get a good lawyer else wise he could find his ass in jail--unless he's an elitist from an uptown prep school like Kavanaugh or Donald J Trump. They always seem to get off but that's a story for another day, isn't it...

Right on. Those who think about their perceived "judicial temperament" or any kind of non-assertive temperament as the "NORM" are themselves NOT NORMAL. How can Flake be worried about The Judges attitude when all of us Republicans are looking at "The Flake" temperament with total "double D" temperament (disdain and disgust).
