At Sam's Club, look for thick strips or Porterhouses, although it's really a TBone because nobody sells true Porterhouses anymore, look for hard white fat and fat marbling throughout the steak. The more the better. Some USDA Choice steaks are actually prime in some cases.
Nothing better than steak. Well, maybe rack of American Lamb, but maybe not.
