This is what the confirmation thing is about, it is supposed to be the period necessary to carefully deliberate a lifetime appointment that is one of the most critical parts of our democracy.

If partisan crap is going to come in where the minority party has virtually no say in such a critical decision we need to do it completely differently, starting with ending lifetime appointments (which by the way make no sense whatsoever).

You can be 100% sure that the last act of the senate will be to reinstate 2/3rds majority rules if it looks like the GOP loses the senate.

The purpose of confirmation hearings to be a process of discovering reasons why someone is not fit for the supreme court, the party doing the nomination needs to be way more willing to scrap a choice for any reasonable thing, in which case Brett is not fit for at least a dozen different reasons, blatant partisanship being just a part of it.

My point here was to say when negatives come up withdraw his name and stop beating a dead horse that isn't right for anything. If the GOP had had any sense they would have waited until after the mid terms, and reinstated 2/3rds rules if they lose the senate so they maintain a control.

If you're talking about the B***H dog Ford, you got that right!!! A 15 year old s**t goes to a party, wearing a bathing suit, and 35 years later!!!!!, decides that a man of great reputation tried to "rub-up-against" her. Yes, the lying b***h could be the lead dog in a sled team!

She sold her honor to the democrats for millions of dollars. Now she is a trash.
For a 15-year old girl going to party naked and drunk? Where were her parents?

Even without parents, she should be afraid going out in the evening without chaperon.
After partying and drinking she got drunk and assaulted by boys. She could not remember, time, exact date, place. She could not remember how she got home. She was drunk.

But she named Brett Kavanaugh was the boy who assaulted her. She was used as weapon by democrats to destroy the judge Kavanaugh. Brett Kavanaugh was not even around, and not among them. Four witnesses had sworn an oath, Brett was not present when she was assaulted.

Judge Kavanaugh had the highest academic achievements, at Harvard and Yale. Most students have the highest regards when he was professor at Yale and Harvard. He was brought up a Catholic that nurtured and was given the best education, discipline and moral standards by the Catholic Schools and at home by the parents.

And all of a sudden the stinky lives of the democrats were planted to this innocent, impeccably pure decent Judge. Democrats are experts in fabricating false issues and plant for political ambitions, and to destroying the political opponent. Democrats are the worst in this history of the US since 200 plus years ago. Democrats have the dirtiest lives carried since Obama came into the WH.

Talk about hypocrisy, arrogance, egotism, narcissism, megalomania, p***e, envy, jealousy, greed, malice, deceit, selfishness, callousness, vindictiveness, anger, hatred and every other negative human trait, boy, you liberal wastrels embody them all. You sit there on your fragile ideological thrones believing that your political party should monopolize the government of the United States, that only you have the legal right to govern, that no other political view is valid, that those who see things differently have no value as human beings, that millions of Americans who refuse to embrace your wickedness are outlaws, enemies of the realm. Partisan, huh? Can't get any worse than this.

You're in for a rude awakening. It is a fact that people who are corrupted by powerful negative emotions, who have such darkness in their souls, will never be happy no matter what happens.
