I guess you have taken the place of God and know where every person is, only one of two states, “spiritually dead or alive”. You do not know the state of any person other than your own. Only God knows and he reserves the judgement. You need to bite your tongue.

Thank God you are not a judge or every person to come before you would be presumed guilty and have to prove their innocence. That rule would only apply to accuse Republicans. For Democrats it would be “Case Dismissed! You would be a “terrible judge” with your political bias for any person not aligned with your left wing radical views! If I were on the committee, and you were a candidate, I'd have you borked.

Fact: When Justice Kennedy announced his retirement in July of this year, Trump proposed Justice Kavanaugh for the position. Kavanaugh had been added to the list recently.

I already knew some of your 'facts' are untrue and therefore not facts at all, but I didn't know about this one, so I checked. Turns out Judge Kavanaugh was on the list President Trump released back in 2016, before he was sworn in as President.

Lying about 'facts' does nothing to further your argument. In fact (no pun intended) it does the opposite.

Then, just to make matters worse, you include an 'unverified fact'. What is that? You do understand that the unverified part negates the fact part, don't you?

Now here's an unverified allegation that has come out...back during Judge Gorsuch's hearings, in March of last year, Dr. Ford posted a message on Facebook, saying that somebody needed to come forward and accuse Neil Gorsuch of rape to derail his SCOTUS nomination. She went on to say such accusations should continue until Trump nominates Merrick Garland.

I found this interesting and pertinent, so I tried to find if there's any t***h to it. All I could find was a report from the left-wing fact-checking site, Snopes. They rated it as false, but interestingly they stated that Dr. Ford never accused Justice Gorsuch of rape. Please note the allegation never stated she did, so that tells me the allegation is likely true.

If Kavanaugh is appointed, I predict the following:
===> Roe vs. Wade will be either eliminated entirely or will be so undercut as to be virtually dead. Back-alley a******ns will again be the norm in many parts of the country, with the ensuing death of many hundreds of women due to complications.

Judge Kavanaugh has stated repeatedly that Roe v Wade is the law of the land. There is no reason to think SCOTUS will change that any time in the foreseeable future.

===> Same sex marriage will be reverted back to the states, whereupon a major battle over whether one state has to recognize the same-sex marriage of another state will ensue.

This could, and should, happen. Remember the SCOTUS decision went against Democracy. Every e******n ever held asking if gay marriage should be legalized resulted in a majority of v**ers saying "NO!" Even in radical left-wing California. But then, the activist l*****t judges on the supreme court found that 'right' hiding in plain sight in the Constitution, where it had been missed for the previous 200+ years.

You mean the gay mafia will be limited in their use of lawfare to terrorize those who refuse to promote their agenda. Let's hope.

The only recent expansion of p**********l power happened under the f*****tic regime of President Obama. We tried to warn you lefties, but you wouldn't listen.

LOL.

That's my opinion … your mileage will vary, I'm sure.

You're entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts.

Thank God that you are not a judge, or every person would be judged on their merits in the eyes of God, not the laws of man. If I remember rightly, the Bible says "render unto Caesar what is Caesar's and unto God what is God's." The minute that we put religious law in place of man-made rules of conduct, we become a theocracy wherein if you don't believe in the state religion (which is prohibited in the U.S. in case you've forgotten), you can be thrown in jail or executed for heresy. I'm not sure if you want that, but if that's your aim, it's going to be an uphill fight.

Since facts are squishy things in your reality, you're entitled to your own bubble and fantasies. I can only state what I have heard, and what I hear is possibly wrong ... maybe I should have said "stated facts subject to dispute." Would this have made you feel better?

It's not about me. If you wish to be known as somebody who doesn't care about t***hfulness that's your prerogative. But don't expect me or anybody else to take you seriously.
