An unsubstantiated whiny accusation and gambit for exoneration by a propaganda appeal to the GOP and Trump. The flip-flop alone should be enough to hesitate on his confirmation. But the blatant, way-over-the-top rant of bias against Democrats utterly disqualifies him as a fair and impartial jurist. He played his hand on how he will v**e on every issue that favors the Right: "Yea!" The Constitution be damned. Yet it does not matter, perhaps. The FBI investigation will force him or ordered by Trump to withdraw. Too, too many lies by him. It may seem like a small thing to misled the Committee on how much he drank, but that is still perjury. As an American Conservative, despite everything you may think is at stake with his confirmation, you do not want a liar. How could you? Who knows how he may react under similar pressure he faced at the hearings? Maybe from the Russians. He folded, got petty and lied to protect himself.
