The Senate's character assassination hearings against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh are a grave reminder of how far the opposition will go to obstruct President Trump's America First agenda.
The vicious smear campaign to personally destroy Judge Kavanaugh and politically paralyze President Trump is working, as the Senate is now delaying the confirmation v**e to launch another FBI witch hunt.
This is nothing more than a political ploy to sabotage the White House's historic reforms, and we've got to put a stop to it.

How come that didn't happen to Gorsuch?
You are so used to considering a degenerate like Trump a good man that Kavanaugh looks like one too. He is a biased partisan hack that rules on partisan lines and saw nothing wrong with deviating from established law, overturned rulings prove that.

I'm not sure it's a character assassination when the person has no character.

Kavanaugh's trumped up performance looked like an audition for a spot on "How the World Churns." Pass the tissues please!

Gorsuch did not matter as he was replacing a conservative. Kavanaough matters because he can swing the court more to the right. You know that. This is about the left wanting a court where the constitution does not matter.
Good man as in Roy Moore style good man? Trump style good man?
You all need to figure out the definition of good man, because it's used wrong.
Kavanaugh is a partisan oriented and politically and religiously biased person. The term good man as would apply to the supreme court would carry a degree of excellence of character and integrity that allows a man to disregard personal beliefs and rule according to the law. Brett is not that kind of good man.

It was cringe worthy, but apparently the right sucked right up, they were moved, wh**ever...the following bombast and outrage was straight from the Trump and FOX/Hannity playbook. Meanwhile he was evasive and confrontational, and the GOP senators knew he was in trouble from the prosecutor's direct questions so they shut that right up.

Your definition of a good man is anyone to the left of Stalin.

So why do you consider Kavanaugh to be a good supreme court nominee when you admit that he is an even harder swing to the right than Gorsuch?
That admission alone means he is not acceptable for the SCOTUS because he is too biased.
Suitable supreme court justices need to be acceptable to both parties because they are centrists. The right considers a centrist to be liberal when they don't "side" with conservatives. The very idea that Roberts is considered a t*****r when he doesn't side with conservatives is moronic.

I considered a lifelong republican, and right leaning centrist to be a good choice, that would be Garland. A centrist like that will make the right happy when his adherence to the constitution reflects conservative values, and h**e him when he thinks the constitution is supporting the opposing view. My guess is that the right would h**e him on a******n and gay rights, and many v**er suppression issues where states were violating the constitution.

If that is the case to decide and remove a SCOTUS justice we should have removed Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan then.

You do not mind a biased lefty. Kavanaugh is biased. He is biased in favor of the constitution as written and not as the left wants it to be written or interpreted. He is just what we need.

Sonia and Elena for what? They are centrist jusges and have had few decisions overturned, unlike Kavanaugh.
