Brett Kavanaugh must be confirmed. The confirmation process has been held hostage as well as the country by the democrats. This is destroying the every since of innocent until proven guilty. The democrats are moving us every day a little closer to socialism and anarchy. If he is not confirmed this evil tactic of the democrat party will become the playbook to stop all nominees of Donald Trump and any president in the future Democrat or Republican. Anyone who wants fame will bring decades old allegations. (decades old allegations is part of the s**m)that because of the many years between alleged offense and claim of wrong doing, the accused cannot defend against it because accuser can claim lack of memory and keep things vague. This makes investigating alleged offense impossible. So when democrats call for an FBI investigation it is just TO STALLL and thats all, because there is no place to start an investigation,no time ,no place, and all witinesses say the event never happened including BLASEY FORDS BEST FRIEND. Who says she believes her friend , but Leland says SHE DOES NOT KNOW BRETT KAVANAUGH she can't have it both ways. Believe ME the evil democrats have awoken the fury of conservatives. Up or downon Kavanaughs confirmation the democrats will be defeated in November.

How did you miss the delays that the right held up on Obamas choices?
Or are your rights better than mine?
If so please explain how & why.

Appointments to the Supreme should not be done under partisan politics.
The v****g public is divided almost 50-50 between left & right.

So tell me why & how that most or the wealth in this nation is held by less than 10% of the people.
Are you one of the 10%?
If not then why are you up in arms over supporting a person that will only strengthen the hold of that wealth in a few hands?
If not then what is it that makes you so sure it is going to be good for you?

We may never over come our personal differences.
But we do need to look at things as what is good of bad for either of us.
With how that can be good or bad for both of us.

We as the v****g public have because of our lack of paying a deep interest in what has & is going on.
Have let our self's' be divided on issues important to the best interest of both of us.

If we feel things are wrong we do need to speak up.
It is our right & obligation to speak up.

First we need to look with in our self & find out who we are & who do we want to be.
Only then can we meet as individuals & seek the steps we as United Individuals.
Find, get & keep the individual freedoms we all deserve.
I do feel that when you look at who you are & who you would like to be.
You will find that you will be the type of person we all strive to be.
Each of us has more redeeming qualities than faults.

We need to trust who we are & then reach out in trust to others.
It is this trust in each other that man-kind advances.
With miss placed trust if people we select to lead us leaves us open to their miss guided efforts for their personal gains.

If we wish to have the greatest control over our personal freedoms & rights.
We need to seek those issue for all.

I heard him tearfully cry that his life is ruined.
I would prefer a candidate for a lifetime appointment to have a stable personality with a life to match, not some bitter political poodle with a demonstrable tendency for unhinged partisan rants along with palpable anger issues.
If your life is ruined go chase ambulances, the Supreme Court of the United States is not for you.

Where did you stand when McConnell arbitrarily decided Obama's nominee, who by the way was 100% better in all respects as a fair and nonpartisan republican was not going to be confirmed or even interviewed? These standards you seem to hold so dear need to be exercised and protected for both sides or they are worthless for either side.

You undoubtedly saw nothing wrong when your party wanted to walk all over the constitution and democracy. When one party decides to make up it's own rules the other party is going to follow suit.

In rebuttal to your hysterical cries, Kavanaugh is easily the worst example of a blatantly partisan and bad nominee any president has ever put forth. In Kavanaugh's own words the supreme court cannot have even a hint of partisanship, so by that alone he is unacceptable. He has flaming right wing religious and political beliefs and ideologies.

Forget his lack of character and values growing up as a teen and college student, His values as an attorney and judge have shown a remarkable degree of right wing partisan political positions. He was all for holding presidents accountable when they are democrats, thinks they get a free pass now. He has shown in past cases he sat on as a judge that he is against a******n even when his position as a judge demanded that he follow the law and allow them.

If you can't unwrap your head from the Ford thing you are too caught up with that to see the even bigger reasons he is not fit for the supreme court. And if you think he has to be seated because of the conservative values he will bring, he sure as hell isn't fit. That in itself is the definition of the appearance of political bias.
