I live in Las Cruces, NM. Going within 75 miles of my home in any direction on any roadway, there is a checkpoint that I must declare my Citizenship. I am white, Blonde with Hazel eyes, sometimes on a bergman 650 scooter or in a MotorHome or private vehicle. I'm asked my nationality for the most part. But when they ask, "where you going, where are you from" I tell them only my nationality, a US Citizen and proud of it......"Under my Constitutional Rights, I don't have to tell you anything else." They let me pass, however my husband said that one time and they stripped his Corvette, found nothing, then left him to put it back together. Oh yes, I live in a Constitution-Free Zone!!!! :!:
