Assumption of credibility without any corroborating evidence or witnesses?

Deemed guilty in spite of corroborating evidence and witnesses?

Justice denied?

You know that ole` rule of law that states in our courts of law that a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty, and that
it was incumbent upon
the prosecutor to prove a soul guilty. It is no longer the rule of law.It was changed a few years back.It is now incumbent upon the accused to prove he is innocent instead of vise versa.

Actually, you are as innocent as you can afford to be, unless you are a Conservative accused by a Liberal, in which case you are guilty until proven innocent, and then you are still guilty.

He has been proved guilty by reasonable doubt, this isn't a legal prosecution, it's simply is he fit for the supreme court, the answer is NO

Fortunately for the adults, your opinion has no bearing on his confirmation. You are correct in one thing only; this is not a legal prosecution. It is a political character assassination.
