Judge Kavanaugh will not be seated..... it was predetermined before the confirmation hearing started. It does not matter if he is the second coming of Jesus..... and can still heal the blind and raise the dead. He will not be confirmed.

Let me be frank with you..... the only person who will meet the Democrats/Liberal requirements will have the following credentials:

1). A woman (face it, Liberals live under a matriarch, Democrats/Liberal men have been castrated). Women control everything they even think.
2). Will be either black or Hispanic. If Hispanic, then a recent immigrate or even better an illegal immigrate. Perhaps a half black illegal who is a muslim.
3). Pro-choice.
4). Anti-Christian and Anti-Jewish
5). A democrat or socialist.

Education or experience will only matter if they have two people who are equal..... and if it is a toss up between a black and Hispanic..... I hope all the other judges speak Spanish. If a toss up between black, hispanic, and muslim.... I guess we will need to get used to Sharia law.

And another result of this, if Kavanaugh becomes a member of the Supreme Court, is that for millions and millions of Americans the Supreme Court will have lost any aura of respect and legitimacy. If Kavanaugh is confirmed, this case will be included in the history books alongside the Dred Scott case.

If not the democrats, the accusation will follow him, and his family, forever, because nany people will forever believe him a rapist, even if it is PROVEN false. This is why it is so important for sexual assault cases to either prosecuted by law or denied a public hearing. Just consider this case. Exactly how is Kavanaugh to defend himself. There is no statement of a specific place or date/time, so how is it possible for him to PROVE he was not there? The person who created this plan/tactic/story is very smart and orchestrated it beautifully, making great use of today's political, cultural and sexual climate.

It would be best if he withdraws his nomination, every bad decision he is the fifth v**e on will demonize he and the supreme court.

No, him withdrawing would NOT be best. He needs to hang in there. If he doesn't make it, We'll just have to go through this crap again because the democrats are NOT going to allow any conservative judge, or one proposed by Trump, to be confirmed if they can possibly prevent it.
