Kavanaugh is not crying out of embarrassment. This is exactly how abusers operate. It is not remorse because he showed none of that, it is not because he is innocent. because if he truly believed in his innocence he would have answered the question of asking the committee for an independent FBI investigation to clear up these aligations. If it was me I would be screaming for an investigation. So it’s not because he is innocent and he just might be but he is surly hiding something or afraid of what might be exposed and held accountable for his actions.

It became clear to me when he became belligerent, screaming yelling at democrats talking about a right wing hit job, using the Clintons as an excuse, millions of dollars spent by the left to bring him down but ignored the money paid on the right which was doubled what the left paid.

If he can be this angry on TV can you imagine what he is like when he gets drunk.

The republicans had not intentions of taken Dr. Fords aligations serious.

Not allowing the FBI to investigate. Not allowing a subpeana and have Mark Judge testify under oath. The republicans just used a letter sent to them by Judge saying I don’t have any recollection of this party and that’s all I have to say about this matter. Not taking testimony of Dr. Fords therapist that could collaborate that she told her therapist 8 years ago.

But the republicans spent more time on her fear of flying and she did testify that she did not like to fly but it does not mean she won’t she just does not like to. Her attorney had mis quoted and that’s it. So Dr. ford according to the Right did not get assaulted because she does not like to fly.

But again I cannot attest to Kavanaughs guilt or innocence but with his action during that hearing sure indicates he is scared of being exposed. Do the FBI investigation

So all these time lines and character witnesses are just noise because I can find plenty of people that like and there are sure many on OPP that don’t and that’s only because I disagree with them.

I h**e the fact that Senate Judiciary Republican staff members did there own investigation to deny the FBI doing one. Senate staff members may have found these negatives about Kavanaugh that’s why they don’t want an FBI investigation which is standard practice. Do what being hide

Yes he has. But his last jobs were not for the SCOTUS and these are new aligations. It doesn't make any difference how many times a person has had a background check.

When he was put on Trumps short list for the SCOTUS that’s when Dr. Ford came forward. The Senate judiciary republicans created this storm it would have been no big deal just to have the FBI investigate it’s done all the time.

Rachel Mitchell, the prosecutor with decades of experience dealing with sex crimes who was tasked by GOP senators with questioning Christine Blasey Ford during her testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, reportedly told lawmakers afterward there would not be enough evidence to charge or even obtain a search warrant on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Mitchell, chief of the Maricopa County attorney’s office Special Victims Division, spoke to a meeting of all 51 Republican senators following the hearing, two sources briefed on the session told Fox News.

“Mitchell spelled it out and was clear with senators that she could not take (Ford’s allegation) anywhere near a courtroom,” one source said.

The prosecutor further told the senators that she would not even seek a search warrant.

New York Times congressional correspondent Nicholas Fandos also tweeted that he heard about Mitchell’s assessment from three Republicans.

“Rachel Mitchell, Republican’s outside questioner, privately told GOP senators tonight that based on the evidence she heard at the hearing, she would not have prosecuted or even been able to obtain a search warrant, according to three Republicans,” Fandos wrote in a tweet.

Mitchell’s boss, Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery, told Fox News host Tucker Carlson ahead of Thursday’s hearing that as a prosecutor her focus is on protecting and seeking justice for the victims of sex crimes, but not all allegations can be taken as “ground t***h.”

“What Rachel will do is she will go in and start by listening,” Montgomery said. “She certainly has a victim-centered focus as a prosecutor, but that doesn’t mean you can accept as ground t***h everything that’s said.”
