The Washington Examiner is owned by the Moonies. It's trash.

My guess, unless Kavanaugh can come out with solid proof that he did not attend a party where she may have been in 3 years.... his goose is cooked.

He should not have to prove that he "wasn't there", she should have to prove that he "was there". She made the accusation, she has the burden of proof, not him. If the FBI doesn't find anything damning concerning Kavanagh, he should be seated on the court immedietly. The third accuser, accused him of being a serial gang rapist leader, an accusation that was too wild to even be considered, would he have to prove that he didn't do that also? Will he have to keep proving he didn't do everything and anything that he gets accused of between now and next friday? The burden of proof should be on the accuser, not on Judge Kavanagh.

I think the democrats tricked Senator Flake into thinking the democrats would stop the beating up on Kavanagh if the republicans gave the FBI a week to investigate, but they will find another reason to keep d**gging this out after the FBI completes it investigation, or they will twist the FBI's report around and say their interpritation is different than the republicans and shame certain republicans like Jeff Flake, Susan Collins, Murkowski and a few others into d**gging it out until after the midterm e******ns. Thats the way the democrats operate, you can't trust them at their word.

Everyone seems to forget how the Republicans wouldn’t even give Garland a hearing, much less a v**e. DC is awash with GOP crocodile tears over poor, persecuted Kavanaugh.

I entirely agree with you. Most reasonable people would dismiss a claim if the person has no idea when, where, or why the event took place. I do not believe Ford, I think that perhaps she may have been attacked, but I do not believe she was attacked by Judge K. Quite honestly, I believe one of her 54 partners at the time may have tried to go further than what she was willing to do. I also believe that she had a school girl crush on Judge K, and she may still be infatuated with him.

Although I believe Judge K is innocent, that will not change what the outcome will most probably be. He will not be confirmed. The atmosphere in the USA is simply man hating, men are guilty, men are low life bottom feeders. Knowing this, and the amount of older white Democrats who are depending on v**es to stay in office will v**e against him. Most, if not all Republicans will v**e to seat him. Now the fly.... if there is a tie then the VP will have the deciding v**e. It is now known that Pence will be looking to run for President. He will go thumbs down. He will be banking on women v**es to put him in office.

The FBI investigation is unnecessary and regardless of what is uncovered, it will not make a difference. This investigation was demanded for only one reason....to buy time for Democrats. The closer it gets to midterms the better for them. People remember only what is current in the news, they do not engage long term memory. Ergo, if the press keeps up their attack on Judge K through e******n, more Democrats will gain seats.

We will know if the FBI comes up with evidence in favor of Judge K, Ford's name will be mentioned less and less. And in a week's time, you will not hear much if anything at all about her. It will disappear from the news. Small papers may still print or keep us updated, but major media will suffer a blackout.
