How I spent my Friday night;

As a political observer when I heard President Trump was going to be in Springfield at the college I knew I had to go!
How often does one get to see and hear live a President speak. Myself and about 19,000 people stood in line for hours in hopes of getting into JQ Hammond Hall. It only holds around 11,000 seating, but for an area blocked off for the media it was FULL. They stood on the floor. We talked to a volunteer worker who said that had been request for 20,000 tickets. So this meant approximately 8,000+ had no chance to hear or see him.
It was truly amazing to see the President, the excitement of the crowd, not one person got out of line. The people were there to show support for his office. Get over it people he won the e******n is over, we are Americans time to start acting like it.
You will not believe this but if I could see Bush, Clinton or Obama I’d go, after all they were Presidents of our country, called respect for the office.
Just why do we need to give the man a chance, BOTH parties that is. Look at the DOW—Nov.2008---9625, Nov. 2012-13104, Nov. 2016=18037, and today its 26,743.
Why are the Dems and his own party attacking him, backed by the media, he’s NOT being bought, that’s why? He’s making those in DC talk about issues that have been buried for decade, called money and personal gain!
Look what he has been able to accomplish swimming upstream against both parties---Iran nuclear deal dropped, federal hiring freeze, regulation holding back business changed, employment rates the lowest for b****s and Hispanics, the highest Dow ever, the tax cut crumbs per Pelosi, you know the rest.
Oh by the way there were protestors outside the Arena, making noise, signs, with words on them you couldn’t show, like F___ Trump supporters, no one that was around me when this gentleman paraded his sign in front of all of us did anything other than say USA, USA. After all isn’t this our country, where everybody seems to want to come too?

Excellent post !

Problem that the left and their followers here on OPP will never do what you are asking and it is because he beat their sweetheart Hill who they think is purer than the driven snow !

One only has to look at the way they treat Conservatives at restaurants and in public places the left and their minions have reduced themselves to sewer water !

The left h**es anyone that can think and act for themselves and they can't stand it so they will do Maxine Waters bidding by causing a ruckus everywhere Conservatives go !

Look at the 3 ring circus on the Supreme Court they and their followers will do anything to disgrace and dishonor anyone that isn't on their side !
