I don't think so. I personally think Rosenstein has an agenda, maybe much like Sessions. Both of them IMO, are not to be trusted. So I disagree with the author. Rosenstein is just part of the swamp. Once you ARE a swamp creature you are hard to change. I believe that no one besides Mueller, has been more instrumental in obstructing justice. Rottensteen is a subterfuge specialist..
