Since a lot of conservatives won't participate in polls, I think they are misleading, especially to the left. In that way, they can get a false sense of security which makes the looks on their faces all the much better when they lose.

Sometimes, sometimes not. The 2016 e******n popular v**e was actually in alignment with the polls, but those same polls far under-estimated the ensuing, all-important e*******l college results.
