At the time that all of this BS supposedly happened Kavenaugh was 17. Therefor he would have to be investigated and tried through and by the Juvenile Court System. Therefor it wouldn't matter if he was found guilty or not. HIS RECORDS WOULD BE SEALED! So why are we going through all of this?
