Yes that's why in court cases they're called petitioner and respondent or plaintiff and defendant. The petitioner/plaintiff lays out their case and the respondent/defendant responds/defends. But of course in dem land they make all the rules so........

Under the law, isn't the accused allowed to face his/her accuser? So, she should go first and he should be in the room when she testifies. If she doesn't want to be there when he testifies that's her option, but he can't possibly defend himself if he isn't in the room when she testifies.

Such demands would never be allowed in a court of law and Congress should not allow them either. She should be willing to face the man with her accusations if she us telling the t***h. She and her story is in the public realm now, so need for fear or secrecy.

I question that, also. The FBI does not investigate rape cases, that is the job of the local police. If it is decided that the FIB investigates the he said/she said, no evidence case, then the confirmation would have to be put on hold. Since the democrats WANT to delay the confirmation until after the e******ns, I have wondered about this. Wonder if we will ever know the t***h of this whole political mess. And I wonder what the next catastrophe from the liberals will be. In the meantime, none of our nation's critical issues are veing dealt with.
