This is not good for the SCOTUS nominee. And then there is this. As Mother Jones points out, a book by Judge mentions Kavanaugh and his apparent love of binge-drinking while at the school. And in an April 2014 speech to the Yale Law School Federalist Society, Kavanaugh relayed his drinking adventures with friends.

I refuse to believe that anyone is dumb enough to take that statement as anything but a light-hearted attempt at humor as I have heard at similar gatherings many times. This simply proves how bankrupt you liberals are when it comes to logical reasons to deny his approval.

Evidence ,That woman who is a druggie, is the only person to have anybody say something bad about Kavanaugh. Are you saying that we should take her word as evidence? He dosen't have to prove his innocence she has to prove his guilt.

Just pointing out wacko hypocrisy.

I hope you are right, Mike. The problem is, the character assassination tactic has worked for the Dems before and they are going to keep using it, especially since they have nothing else. There are too many people in this Country who will believe anything they hear, especially negative stuff about someone that is not in their ideological spectrum. This effort is so blatantly obvious that it is laughable.
"It worked (past tense) before"...it will work no more. Unacceptable. This has to be answered and God is the one speaking. The Dems have no choice. God loves them but right now is an appointed time and the Dems are playing for the wrong team. They have a 0% chance of winning.
God could let them have their way with Kavanaugh only to raise up someone they will like less.
Since He gave us the form of government we have He will also let us reign these murderers in and give us the power to do it. That is our choice.

What's hypocritical is to ignore "presumed innocence" for the sake of politics or personal reasons. Your not the slightest bit different than they people you decry...not even a little.

Bulls**t!
My problem with Obama has always, always and ONLY been his g*******t policies.
My problem with Hillary is that she has not been indicted for having classified information on her private server. Indicted does not mean guilty but we deserve her UNDER OATH TESTIMONY...
...and her hawkish, g*******t policies!
YOUR problem seems to be that a 17 year old boy may
may have felt up a girl 40 years ago.
I'm not petty like that...or desperate for something use for a point.

And the left wing accuser goes to a therapist that year.
The #MeToo movement is out of hand. If you didn't report it at the time, if you cannot prove the accusation, if you took money to keep it quiet, if you signed documents to never be vocal about it, if it cannot go to court now, if you were just a dumb kid messing around with other dumb kids...then maybe, just maybe, one should shut up and learn a lesson from it. A grand jury could not even consider the charges given time frames, etc.
Trial by public opinion is Not a good idea. Journalists and the left wing leaders should watch out. Some day, some how, they will be in the spotlight.
YEP, I agree. I posted a video from Project Veritas 2 and the guy at the end from Judicial Watch or states this behavior will be reported to AG...hopefully, he will act!! If they lead to arrest of protester, perhaps it will discourage such behaviors...

Anyone with any thinking brains at all can see this dog and pony show for what it is !
It's all come about because the Demo's have tried everything they could to stop him and when that failed then after knowing about this old bat since July they bring it up at the 11th hour !

Pretty i***tic.
another woman came forward to say she remembers hearing about it around school but doesn't know her

Presumed innocence, Bob, has nothing to do with being indicted. Every fkr in jail is presumed innocent and they can keep you there for 3 days before you see a judge and get
arraigned. Indicted merely means a criminal
charge is filed.
THAT should have happened and against what everyone with a rudimentary knowledge of our legal system knows should have happened they let her off without a charge.
I presume she wasn't indicted because the people who should have done it were crooked or being blackmailed.
I told you the KKKK was born when the Klintons laid hands on all those FBI files. It's been a problem ever since.
I also KNOW beyond any doubt the destruction of hard drives yadayada is a crime and she should have been indicted. Again, that doesn't mean she's guilty but she would be under oath.
Again, I presume she wasn't indicted because the people whose job it was to handle that sort of thing were unwilling or unable to do so for reasons that have nothing to do with the law.
