This is what happens when you get a mentally unstable person to accuse someone falsely of something that happened 35 years ago. It seems that Ms Ford, who came forward all self-righteously and wanted to testify, has so far not responded to Senate requests that she testify at a public hearing. Kavenaugh has repeatedly indicated his willingness to do so, even before it was requested.
I think that this is a case of crap slinging where the slinger gets dirtier than the target.

I have to wonder what this dirty trick was aimed at doing. Did they want to hold off the appointment? Were they just trying to hold it all up? They knew that the appointment was going to take place and that he wouldn't be replaced by some left leaning judge. I am sure they didn't think that Kavanaugh believed in legislating from the bench like so many of their judges do.

I do believe that they are smelling the crap much more than the GOP is but until Monday they won't have to eat it along with smelling it. I have heard some really nasty things coming from them about this and surely they can see that she doesn't remember much out of her drunken state that night.

She is not my daughter, or yours, nor are her parents involved in this. She is an extreme left wing professor who is not even popular among many of the students where she teaches. They have described her on Twitter and Facebook as unhinged. She cannot remember any of the particulars, and there is no proof that Kavenaugh was even there. You would crucify someone on an unproven accusation of something that supposedly happened when that person was a minor. You wink at Bill Clinton, and Ted Kennedy, whose t***sgressions were committed while they held public office, yet you are ready to crucify a conservative for something that is alleged to have happened when he was a minor.
