What is it that republicans refuse to be seen as "losing" their people when by every indicator a person is a dog infested with fleas.

Kavanaugh perjured himself in his last confirmation hearing, if the GOP weren't protecting him he'd have already been impeached from his current bench for that. He simply has too many cases where he has gone against the law and precedent with personal or political oriented agendas, he has been overturned too many times. Many of the judges who are better qualified, meaning their decisions are scored much more centrist to the laws, have never been overturned. Judge rulings only get overturned when a bullet proof case can be made that they were wrong as pertains to their position as it was against precedent. We don't need judges on the supreme court that are too comfortable setting their own rules that match partisan beliefs ahead of the constitution.

In the case with the 17 year old that wanted the a******n, if he were following the law he would have had to rule that the law couldn't stop her. He showed his colors when he was going to block her until he was overturned by judges that adhere to the law.
