I'd say yes, there are half a dozen things he has perjured himself on, and multiple bad decisions as a judge that prove he is not fit to serve in an unbiased capacity on the highest court.

There is already credible evidence that he lied during his previous confirmation hearing

The demoRATS have been screwing them selves for the last 8yrs.They have lost both houses of congress,and over a thousand local offices.

Woody, can you name any of the things he liked about during the hearings? If so I sure would like to hear a couple of them. I see that you have been taken in by Dems about him being unable to serve in an unbiased capacity. I guess you people don't know about the rulings of the last two females who were appointed by Obama. You don't pay much attention to things like that, huh?
