It isn't close to the worst thing Kavanaugh has done that makes him unfit for the supreme court. Republicans are intentionally hiding documents that prove Kavenaugh is a partisan hack, that he has gone against established laws and precent far too often to be part of a supreme court that is expected to put religious and party ideology aside and rule by the constitution.

Dems had him in multiple ways to where the GOP was inviting a future impeachment on the grounds that they were not responding to confirmation concerns.

Now this lame thing isn't going to fly as well mas a dozen other things would.

There are professional muckrakers in DC who make obscene amounts of money to dig up legitimate dirt on candidates. This lame-assed attempt to smear Kavenaugh is not even worthy of a talented amateur. It is an obvious eleventh hour attempt at a hatchet job.
