A reasonable question. It seems that those who decided not to evacuate, one can only say that they rolled the dice and it came up snake eyes. Not the fault of FEMA or our President.
But, I am sure, because they are blaming our President for the death toll (that goes up and down like an elevator) in PR, they think he somehow had a hand or forced those people to try to ride out the storm. I can not recall anyone blaming past Presidents for death due to Mother Nature, but we are living in a time that many believe that the President is responsible for anything and all things that are bad.

I agree Roy. I believe the death toll is 11 right now. My heart goes out to their families. But on the other hand these people had a whole week to evacuate. When God wields his finger and creates a monster hurricane, people should take heed and listen. Cant imagine what it is like, but I sure wouldn't put myself or my family at risk because of it. I'm sure the death toll on the media will be reported way out of control. Puerto Rico....3000 deaths????????????
