The states already control healthcare what the hell is wrong with you. They use there own tax funds but if they want government subsidies they are required to meet the minimum requirements provided under the ACA. Like pre existing conditions, staying on parents policy till they finish college, Can’t throw people off there healthcare if they get sick, no max payouts. The fed did give the states the right to opted out of Mecicaid expansion which 15 red state did and those states are paying the highest premiums in the country.

The Federal Agency inspections of Hospitals are in response to complaints... I am referring to Federal Government taking over the Healthcare Industry that is State Controlled thru Legislative Licensing and Regulating...

Airforceone... I'm against the Federal Government Legislating and Regulating State Healthcare when it is the State that Establishes, Legislates, and Regulates their Healthcare already... And your admitting it was the Federal Government's ACA-Healthcare Legislation that mandates the State's acceptance...

Also, I'm 68 years old, retired, living on only Social Security, and I live in the Red State of Arizona - one of the States not participating in ACA's Medicaid Expansion... And yet the State is picking-up my portion of Medicare that the Federal Government would normally take-out of my Social Security Benefits (which amounts to about $112 a month or 7.9% in savings to me), so my Premiums are quite a bit lower, not higher, so if Arizona is any example of the opted-out Red States, your claim of opted-out Red States paying more is incorrect...

Yet Bo mandated the ACA and forced states to accommodate the federal mandate to change over....The ones that tried to opt out found the Insurance companies were very Resistant to it ultimately causing them to join within a year or two..

Some states are now looking to reenforce the individual mandate, Trump removed last year.. Because it was unconstitutional to begin with and no longer applies if these few states looking to do it follow through they will loose once brought before the Supreme Court of the United States...Trying to use a Federal mandate no longer in existence give them nothing to rely upon....

Everything up in the air right now means were all speculating....

State regulation has proven that it effectively protects consumers and ensures that promises made by insurers are kept. Insurance regulation is structured around several key functions, including company licensing, producer licensing, product regulation, market conduct, financial regulation and consumer services... They did not have a mandate that required citizens to have or Force them” to be insured...

Now they are trying to force coversge for all becausevof the ACA..

If the intent was to make available for all those supposed 20 million why didn’t Bo juust work on something for them leaving the rest of us alone liking the coverage we already had?? He never ever should of stuck his big nose where it did not belong and in doing so he has created the monster we now all live with again! And once again it will be in the insurance industry that mandates what goes on and how much higher the premium will be for garbage coverage.

Pres Obama was a NWO Executive... ACA is just a means for the Fed Gov to control Healthcare in Our USA... Repealing and Replacing is not a simple matter with Legislation this pervasive... But hopefully it will be Repealed and Replaced...
