Well now. I am impressed. I have a brother who did that in the Air Force and also for a small airline. He finally tired of being on call to lay in the snow working on aircraft and sought other employment. That is a rough way to make a living. And WTF are q***rtrons ? Back in the mid 1970s we were taught vacuum tube, t***sistor, and logic gate technology. A little of FET and silicone controlled rectifiers. Not that I remember much of it now. I googled your term and it seems to be a catch all for unexplained problems. Before my time they were called gremlins. We called them bugs. " q***rtron " must have come into use after I was trained because you are the first to ever mention it to me. I though you were using a slur against Gays which you being a Liberal is not right.

As usual you copped out. I can find proof of the things I say that go back more than 100 years and I can do it by googling them. Example, people of your stripe have been predicting that the world is running out of oil since the 1970s. Well I have said that this is nothing new. I***ts predicted the imminent exhaustion of the Earth's petroleum reserves for more than a century and for more than a century they have been wrong. Here is the proof.

My point is that if I can find proof of stupid people saying the Earth was running out of oil in 1909, way before Google, then you should be able to find some proof that you are not full of crap about the term q***rtron being used by electronics educated people before the time I went to school for electronics.
