For all the folks who took a day off from h**e yesterday to observe a day of mourning for those we lost 17 years ago.... THANK YOU. For those who could not, perhaps next year.

Pennylynn,
From my perspective, the best way to mourn those that were lost 17 years ago, would be to achieve justice for that tragic loss of life. We need a real investigation into the cause of 9-11, and hold those responsible accountable for this crime.

Yes, I think an in-depth investigation is overdue. Calling for an investigation is not disrespectful of the dead or those they left behind to cope with their passing. But, is the anniversary of such a horrible event the day to curse President Trump or even each other? Perhaps the time used in demeaning each other or berating the President because he went to Pa instead of the Pentagon or sent a tweet someone did not like could have been better spent writing letter to request an investigation or even consoling those who did suffer a loss. Both would have been a much better use of time and energy. Like I said, perhaps next year.
