What I'm seeing in this debate, if you can call it that, is a religious schism. Catholic vs Protestant.

Christianity is the only religion on earth in which an individual can have an intimate, personal relationship with God. Jesus made that undeniably clear. No other religion allows a direct relationship with God, whomever they believe him to be. IOW, a believer in Christ is not bound to a hierarchical system of representatives of God through which he or she makes contact with God or communicates with Him. Moreover, Jesus alone has the power to forgive us of our sins, forgiveness does not come down through a church "chain of command" and is granted in a church booth by a clergyman. No man on earth, in the flesh, has the power and authority that Christ had over the church, and any man who assumes that power, or is granted it by selection and voting among men, is diminishing, even usurping, the power of Christ Jesus himself. When Jesus sacrificed Himself and died on the cross then resurrected three days later, those who open their heart and soul to Him, who love Him are forgiven.

The persecution and condemnation of Jeanne d' Arc for heresy and idolatry is a case in point. She was condemned for direct contact with the Church Triumphant. The trial of Jeanne d' Arc is one of the most significant and moving trials ever conducted in human history, second only to that of Jesus.

To Counterfeit, Confuse, Cast Doubt, And Destroy

Unless It Denies The Divinity Of Jesus
It Never Has, I Don't See How It Ever Could

With A Western Centric Mind And A Euro Point Of View
Those That Have Reconsidered
And Suggest That Since Everything In The Bible
Is About And From The East
Maybe We Should Look To Today' Events
And It's Cast Of Characters Involved In The Middle East
To Interpret End Time Prophecy
