Breaking news; Actor Burt Reynolds has just passed away at the age of 82. He was truly one of the good guys.

I am so sorry.... I did not see your thread and posted this too. I was infatuated with Burt... I think it was his smile, it came so easy and lit up his whole face. I remember Smokey and the Bandit, but the Best Little Whore House in Texas still can make me laugh. He should have married Sally..... and it took him this long to admit that she was his one and only true love.

We all enjoyed Burt Reynold’s movies @nd I think many of us were slightly infatuated in the same way we were with James Dean. Let’s look forward to seeing reruns of his movies.
Old actors never die they’re just seen in reruns...to coin a phrase.

Burt will live on through his movies and our memories. It's a good thing Burt didn't marry Sally as I would have had to challenged him to a duel. Sally is MY love.
