The history of first, second, third century Christians did have copies of not only old Testament writings, but most of the New Testaments to read in between Christians gather (church) and read aloud the scriptures.

As for Sola scripture, the same is sadly misunderstood ignorance when we hear " Christians falsely believe in the rapture, then they go on to say, the word rapture isn't even found in the Bible. It's ignorance of not understanding the importance of serious Bible studies to understand the Greek language or have a Greek reference. Snatched away in Greek, the word raptus as found in first Thessalonians.

Well Doc has now blocked Jack and he will undoubtedly block me after I respond to his looooooong insulting judgmental name - calling comment to me! I have no doubt that it is best for us in the long run. It is impossible to have a conversation with someone that is so filled with bitterness and hate. My husband reminded me to not let my temper control my mouth! Apparently he thinks he knows me after only 43 years of marriage! 😂 LOL!

Doc110 is posting, posting, posting anti Christian topics. I have posted several to refute his lies in defense, for the benefit of readers that don't know scripture and could fall into his cult.

Your post on Sola scripture was excellent and I am hoping you will retitle it and repost it in response to Doc110 reposting "the danger of Sola scripture".
He completely disregarded your previous post giving empirical evidence of Doc110 's lying post.
