At the end of the week, back aching, tired from the hustle, I was thinking if there wasn't something more to all this.

Then I went to my son's birthday party. He's 30 ish and hangs with a pretty good crowd. While there, I met a couple of young girls. One 8 and one 11. Daughters of some of the other attendees. I was fortunate and had a really cool relationship with our daughter. So these little LADY'S stole my heart without much trouble. So cute and full of so much bubbly life... Can't beat that with ten sticks. So thats what life is. Working your butt off, meeting good people, (drinking good beer) seeing the little one's full of bubbly life, Ya, that is it.

And about all the Trump stuff... Doesn't matter. Not in Belen, NM on a beautiful sunny sunday eve.

And what about all that h**e and discontent on OPP...?? Doesn't matter. Not on a beautiful slightly overcast NM evening...

And in that minute, everything came together...

One thing a young bubbly little lady from the past has done for me is make sure I always have a clean bed to sleep in and a decent home life.

For all you mom's out there, THANK YOU for what you do. Raise the next generation. Keep hubby's home life going. The Mom of my kids is pretty awesome, as was my mom, and our dauthter. I know its a struggle. And then there was the news that a freinds neice, who had a sad life, decided to overdose on meth. So Sad. She was a pretty young lady but never had anyone in her life to really help her build on a solid foundation. I really can understand her direction, but just with she would have asked for some help from the people around her.

I've met too many good people in America, I can't help but believe one of us in her circle would have done somehting to try to get her that first step up.

Like Waco, TX. Ya'll top notch folks down there, ya'hear....?

Or like Grand Jct, CO. Top notch Americans.

Or like Salt Lake City... Pretty good folks up there for a city about 100 miles long...

And to the people of Tuscon, AZ...…… thank you. As I head to the rack down there, I need to change from the far right lane to the left turn lane pretty quickly. And not one time...………..not once....have you ever failed to let me over in time... You top notch folks there in Tuscon… ya'hear….??

So, to hell with the politicians, the h**e crowd, the Trump did this or Trump did that crowd, the discontent all over the place. In the past two weeks, I've met some damn good American's. No Trump h**ers there. I've trucked 5100 miles across 7 states, and I don't see Trump h**ers. Anywhere.

So, to believe in our America, maybe you just need to set down with good people, have some hamburgers and birthday cake, and get to watch the antics of a couple of little girls. Ya, can't beat that with 10 sticks.

Thank you to all the Mom's out there.....

Thank you to all the Good People out there............

Thank you to all the bubbllly little girls out there..........

Ya, America IS worth it...

Yes!

The foundational optimism that gives moral support to those of us who tread in darker aspects of the good/evil control drama now playing out on the world stage.

Let the left know how much you appreciate their courtesy. Time to speak...for the 4th time in a row. Make it big.

DEMOCRAT manipulate you all the time by using the word “DEMOCRACY”

Best Answer: Sure, most know we were founded as a Republic. Trouble is most don't understand what a Republic is.

In a Republic, v****g is a privilege.

Hence, when the nation was founded only white men who owned property were entitled to v**e in most states.

When v****g was turned into a "right", we became a democracy.

The reason the privilege to v**e was limited was to try to ensure the people elected would be loyal to the Constitution instead of a constituency.

A republic is not a [pure] democracy. It is a system of checks and balances so ordered to protect the rights of the individual, from criminals and most importantly from the democratically elected voices who claim to speak for the "public good." It is a limited "democracy".

For those who are confused by the issue, the essential point is this: is it right for another man to rape, rob and murder another? A democracy says yes -- if the majority wills it.

A Republic limits democracy to it's only useful purpose; electing officials to fill Constitutional offices. A wise v**er would not v**e for an official who campaigned on "public good" but only for the good of the Constitution, which is indeed for the good of the public.

Article II Section 1 contains the oath the President must take before assuming office. It reads:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

The oath does not say the President, nor any elected official may to the best of their ability payback with public funds or government favors those who v**ed for them or paid for their campaign. That type of crap is found in socialist democracies, not Republics and certainly not a capitalist constitutional republic.

I'm not in favor of trusting the future of our nation to the befuddled majority of the moment.

Just look at how the majority views the writ of habeas corpus, as a right.

But the Constitution Article I Section 9 describes the writ of
habeas corpus thusly:
"The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of r*******n or invasion the public safety may require it."

If it were a right, it could not be suspended for any reason under the Constitution.

Like the so called "right" to v**e, which felons can have suspended by states. In other words, convicted felons no longer have the "privilege" of v****g.

We no longer function as a Republic because for generations we have been told we are a democracy, so people tend to be a bit confused as to the difference.

Politicians prey upon the confusion and constantly insist the Constitution needs to be interpreted.

Say what!!! It's written in plain English for any who cares to read it.

The only things that needs to be interpreted are all the new laws which are pretty much written for lawyers for the benefit of lawyers and their clients.

Now, I'm not in favor of only white landed men having the privilege to v**e but it is a privilege, not a right. When v****g is a right, you get what we have now, or worse. Useless, expensive government that ignores the charter of its own existence in order to reduce us all to s***es for its own ends.

In a Democracy, the majority rules. If the majority decided they wanted your bike, they could take it.

In a Republic, your bike is your property and you do not owe it to anyone. It cannot be taken against your will, by law.

America is a Constitutional Republic.

Therefore, the Constitution is the law by which we are supposed to be protected.

In a Republic, the individual is protected FROM the majority, by Constitutional Law.

A Constitutional Republic is what we were given. It is up to us to keep it
