For starters it would be nice if you occasionally backed up your claims with some proof.
Secondly, Turkey was not our ally in WWI OR in WWII. They fought for the Central Powers of Germany, Austria, etc. They remained neutral in WWII up until less than 3 months before Germany's surrender. They were told they would be denied membership in the soon to be formed UN if they remained neutral. No Turkish troops ever served in combat with US troops until the Korean War, and then thier involvement was negligible.
Turkey has a history of murdering minorities. The Kurds are simply the latest victims of the Turkish hit parade. Between 1910 and 1922, the Turks murdered about 1.5 million of the 2 million Armenians living in Turkey.
As far as their status as allies, I have trained with Turkish troops. The biggest favor those i***ts could do for us is to join the enemy army, whoever that might be.
As far as the emoluments clause goes, I suggest you look it up in the Constitution. I will even provide a link.
