Saw Andrew McCarthy commenting on this. There is a 10 day period where the state of NM had to charge them or let them go, and they didn't think they could convict these three. But McCarthy said what was worse than letting these three go was these jihadists making bail in the first place. And just by looking there seemed to be plenty of evidence to charge all of them. It's pretty d********g all around, a dead child, and training suicide bombers and school shooters. The original judge that let them all out on their WORD, no money, was of course an Obama appointee

This is one of those cases where it is OBVIOUS there is a miscarriage of justice. I don't know about NM but there are very few states where you can re-call, or get rid of biased, activist, corrupt judges working against the best interests of the American people. We need judicial reform

Worse is, since when do we as a people and body politic allow liberal judges to circumvent our protections, rights and pillars ?

Considering the blatant corruption and abuse of power at the HIGHEST levels of our government under Obama, (even before, but it accelerated dramatically under Obama,) it is pretty hard to have faith in the agencies who would normally be in charge of these sort of things. If there are no indictments and criminal charges against these corrupt bureaucrats it will be almost impossible for the American people to ever trust these agencies again. No accountability, just exposure isn't good enough. I am willing to give it some time, it can't be turned around overnight, but so far it doesn't look like there is much effort to fix this sorry mess. I hope I'm wrong, and we see some indictments start to roll out. It is downright d********g when this level of corruption and abuse of power is considered just what normally happens.
