Lol, the depth of pettiness in this man knows no end. Of course he cannot say nothing, but he sort of managed to say nothing with his tweet (and not a public statement):

Donald J. Trump

@realDonaldTrump

My deepest sympathies and respect go out to the family of Senator John McCain. Our hearts and prayers are with you!

No recognition of McCain as a man who faithfully served this nation for decades. Pence was more p**********l...and human.

Vice President Mike Pence

@VP

Karen and I send our deepest condolences to Cindy and the entire McCain family on the passing of Senator John McCain. We honor his lifetime of service to this nation in our military and in public life. His family and friends will be in our prayers. God bless John McCain.

But if you want to read truly p**********l and decent, read Obama's words here: https://deadline.com/2018/08/john-mccain-donald-trump-tweet-snub-death-barack-obama-meghan-mccain-1202452308/

You need to quit listening to everyone else's opinion on this subject, and do some research on your own.
I know you want to believe, but the facts are out there.

My terse but sincere condolences to the family of McCain..he wasn't always Right, but was always there.
He lived a long life on the people's dollar, when he should have spent his own wealth to truly serve the people...may he rest in peace.

Lol, what? The people's dollar? You mean his pay for being a Navy pilot or his job in Congress?

After carefully researching the t***h about this man, how can you rise so strongly to his defense?
Oh, you haven't done any research yet and probably never will.
Living your life through the babble of others is so sad.

Lol, if I did no research, where did those articles I posted come from?

We are all flawed and have done things we regret. McCain is no different. I may have been overly impressed with him in his rebuke of that women who called Obama an "arab." For me, that was way above and beyond what any usual politician would do. Agreeing with her may have possibly cinched his e******n. It would have been so easy not to be respectful of his opponent. And then there is the fact that after a year in prison in Vietnam, he was offered an early release, that very day, but refused out of loyalty to a prisoner of war code that you not be released before others that have been captive longer. Put yourself in that position. I have. Daily deprivation, torture, suffocating heat and humidity, terrible and meager meals, lice, injuries going untreated and getting worse, constant humiliations--and you could be back in the good old US of A eating steak and lobster, having a bath, going to a ballgame, taking your child to the zoo, and so on and so on--but you refuse the offer, with their promise of increased abuse because of it, which led to two years of solitary confinement. Would never like to be in such a position; I am a weak man.

And even an undeserved criticism of President Trump and family's condolences on the passing of Senator McCain...
The "depth of pettiness" belongs to those even now who make it a point to criticize President Trump's every word, action and deed. Pathetic...

You're such a h**e filled drama queen!
You b***h if he doesn't say anything, then b***h when he does, because he didn't say what you wanted him to.
Mcain, and Trump h**ed each other, and Trump didn't say a bad word about him. So, get over it, go plug a tampon in, turn on your Winnie The Pooh movie, and lay in bed, and suck your thumb till you fall asleep.

You'll need your rest because there was a shooting in Florida that needs you repeating this whole process again tomorrow.

Here's The 'Decent Words' Of Barack Obama
It Was Half About John
Half About Barack

This Particular 'Decent Man' Obama
Has To Inject Himself Into Everything

"[W]e shared, for all our differences, a fidelity to something higher — the ideals for which generations of Americans and immigrants alike have fought, marched and sacrificed. We saw our political battles, even, as a privilege, something noble, an opportunity to serve as the stewards of those high ideals at home, and to advance them around the world,” he said. “We saw this country as a place where anything is possible — and citizenship as our patriotic obligation to ensure it forever remains that way.”

Here's Hillary's Keep It Classy Reminices:
https://nypost.com/2018/08/26/clinton-recalls-doing-vodka-shots-with-mccain-during-official-trip/

Hillary Clinton shared some memories Sunday about late Sen. John McCain — including how they once did vodka shots together on a trip to Estonia.
While in Tallinn, Estonia, Clinton recalled “a memorable night in a hotel right on the old square doing vodka shots”
— but denied the drinking contest was her idea.

“I would not take credit for it.
I think it was a mutually agreed-upon venture but we used to say ‘What happens in Tallinn, stays in Tallinn,'” she said, laughing.
