It sounds like a good idea, but I have doubts that Sessions is on the side of equal justice. The more he doesn't do about this, the more I believe he is just as much a fraud as Rosenstein and Mueller are.

Time for Sessions to appoint a second special counsel.
Americans for Limited Government President Rick Manning today issued the following statement urging Attorney General Jeff Sessions to appoint a second special counsel:
“In the past, Americans for Limited Government has opposed the idea of a separate special counsel to investigate probable illegal actions within the Department of Justice, CIA, FBI and State Department related to the effort to elect Hillary Clinton to the presidency of the United States and after the e******n to oust President Donald Trump.
“Today, it is clear that internal Justice Department investigations are insufficient, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions should immediately appoint a special counsel to rifle through the lives and careers of every key associate of the Clinton and Obama families to determine if they have ever engaged in illegal activity. Former Clinton attorney Lanny Davis and other Clinton fixers should also be subjected to full investigation including the collection of all communications with the Clintons over the years to determine how often payouts had been made to quell potentially embarrassing stories from reaching the media.
“If America is ever going to get beyond the one-sided and unending Mueller investigations, then it is important that there be equal justice under the law by at the very least putting those who originated, paid for, leaked and used the fabricated Christopher Steele dossier to focused, intensive legal scrutiny.
“In the past, I have advocated patience with the Department of Justice as they pursue this matter through regular legal channels. They are out of time. America needs to know that there is equal justice under the law, and there is no reason to have any confidence that the Justice Department has the capacity or willingness to investigate itself and other agencies implicated through this scandal. It is time for a special counsel to focus on the Clinton and Obama side of the ledger where we know criminal activity occurred, in order to restore America’s faith that our justice system does not just go one way.”

Do you believe in the rule of law. Do you honestly believe that these men actually went into the court of law and pleaded guilty if they were not guilty. How can you say because theyvwere associated with Trump. If anybody knows Trump David Pecker, Allen Weisselberg, and Cohen know him and they know what he has done on tax evasion, Money laundering, Bank fraud, Collusion, Obstruction, Hush money to influence an e******n, they know the tireless efforts of the Muellar investigation to get to the t***h will eventually be exposed.
When you critize these people who know Donald Trump they know how he has lied, deceived and destroyed careers throughout his life and they know now with Trump holding the bully pulpit will do the same thing to his long time associates.
These people broke the law under Trumps direction and the Trump supporters can sit and ignore the tapes these people have in Trumps own words lying. We can debate the legality of how these tapes and documents were obtained but how can you deny what Trump has said in his own words.
The Cohen tapes, the Omarosa tapes, the stacks of emails, all this evidence means nothing. These people all hired lawyers they have reviewed the evidence that has been obtained and there lawyers have advised there clients in order to stay out of jail you need to tell the t***h. Would you not take a plea deal that you are facing 10 or 20 years in jail to protect Trump who you did these illegal acts.
The biggest is Allen Weisselberg he controlled Trumps business and personal finances he controlled all of Trumps tax returns over the last 30 years. He has been with the Trump organization for 40 years dating back to Trumps father. Why would he except immunity because this man has been filing fraudulent tax returns made illegal payments for hush money and calling it legal retainage and using it as a tax deduction. He knows that Trump has been money laudering, the bank fraud is massive and Weisselberg did it under the direction of Trump.
David Pecker also was invovled with these illegal acts of biting negative stories about Trump. Answer a question if it was not illegal payments why would Trump in his words allow Weisselberg to pay Cohen and Cohen sets up a phony LLC and pay David Pecker who in turn paid Karen McDougal for her story then bury it. And Trump denied the existence of of even having a year long affair while his wife was pregnant.
You say it’s time to end it and show what you have. The Justice Department is required to investigate and get the t***h. Trump fired Comey that started it all. (NOT A BUNCH OF ANGRY DEMOCRATS THAT WERE FOR CLINTON) The FBI was just investigating the Russian invovlment and Trump fired him and in his own words fired him because of this Russian hoaks. That’s Obstruction wether you like it or not. Then Trump fires Sally Yates because she requested an interview with Trump to explain what Mike Flynn was doing. He fired McCabe, Strzok, revoked Brendon’s security clearances and threaten to revoke the security clearance of 12 other people and the only thing these people have in common is they were all invovled with the Russian investigation.
Trump could have ended this very early as you know just release you’re Tax returns and you’re corporate financials.
Have you ever read the Emoluments clause and you cannot deny that Trump is not in violation of that clause and that in itself is a grounds for impeachment. Why do you think the Republican held house refuses to do an audit on Trumps family expenses when the Republican lead house audited Obama every month. The Democratics have been requesting the release of Trump family expenses and the Republican refuse to do it. Don’t you think the American people deserve to have a look at Trump family expense account and how they are spending the American tax dollars.

Should Trump resign for his constant lies on Trump tower meetings, his lies about his hush money to silence his affairs, all Trump lies as he attacked with his so-called f**e news when there is clear evidence that he 100% committed these crimes. There’s no question when Cohen plead guilty exposed Trump invovlment, David Pecker Allen Weisselberg all getting immunity. It’s over for Trump once Muellar gets these guys in front of a grand Jury get there testimony. Don’t forget that immunity all goes away if they lie. Dump Trump is real now. Trump better make any pardons he has in mind quick or he may not get the chance. All Rosenstein would need to do is present overwhelming evidence of a crime in a grand jury and Trump will be indicted, which will go to the supreme court, but until it's settled a president under indictment cannot serve as standing president according to the constitution. No SCOTUS during that time, no pardons, no executive orders. I think Pence would have to be seated.
I do not think Pence would screw up his presidency with a pardon for Trump until his terms are over, it would make him the lamest duck president in history if he did.

AG Sessions has appointed U.S. attorney John Huber to investigate, and prosecute, any crimes committed during the Clinton e-mail investigation,

Huber reports directly to the AG, and Sessions is well informed on the progress. Rosenstein himself is a subject of that FISA warrant investigation.

This is easy to prove Mueller is not investigating Russian e******n meddling because the investigation is not conducting the most basic tasks to prove meddling in the first place. To do that, the FBI must examine the DNC server to prove it was hacked. All there is now is the word of a third-party partisan firm, Crowd strike, with a habit for blaming Russia for everything.
If Mueller truly wanted to investigate Russian meddling in the e******n, he would be looking at the sources for the Steele dossier to see if it was a disinformation campaign launched by the Kremlin. As far as anybody knows, that has not been done yet either.
If Mueller wanted to investigate what happened in the e******n, he would be questioning the numerous people that approached members of the Trump campaign with offers of “dirt” on Hillary Clinton. He is not doing that, perhaps because almost all the people have connections to the Clintons also.
Robert Mueller seems to be going out of his way to investigate everything except anything that will make the DOJ, FBI, and Clinton’s look bad. The American people see this and are now beginning to question if there truly is equal justice under the law. If the people lose faith in the justice system and believe the only thing that matters is the political designation next to your name, America will fail.
There is a way to fix the problem. Attorney General Jeff Sessions must appoint a Special Counsel to look at the crimes committed by the DOJ, FBI, and Clintons in the e******n. This Special Counsel must have the same powers as Robert Mueller does, and have the ability to pursue a crime where ever it is found. This includes decades-old tax problems or IT security issues.
Thanks to the Justice Department Inspector General report, the world knows the investigators displayed bias in the Hillary Clinton investigation. The only reason the IG didn’t declare the investigation tainted, was because there was no smoking gun email stating, “I am going to throw this investigation because of bias,” but make no mistake about it, there was plenty of evidence of bias. The media just refuses to report it. This would be the perfect place for the Special Counsel to start.
Before anyone says the IG already did a report, it is important to remember the IG does not put people before a grand jury, nor does the IG have the ability to call on people not in the DOJ. The Clinton investigation involved dozens of people not in the DOJ, including Hillary Clinton herself.
From there the new Special Counsel can move onto the crimes committed by the DOJ and FBI. Lying to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) is a crime. And as everyone has seen, the FISA application to spy on Carter Page was filled with lies. If anyone reading this submitted false information to a judge in court proceedings, there would most definitely be a price to pay.
Many people are going to ask the question, “Why can’t Rod Rosenstein just oversee an investigation?” Because the Deputy Attorney General himself signed on of the FISA extensions that had false information in it, possibly making him guilty of perjury. He cannot be trusted to lead an investigation in which he is a possible defendant.
From there, the Special Counsel could move onto the only foreign agent that has been identified to have played a role in the e******n, Christopher Steele, and Mueller indicting anonymous Russians that put up Facebook memes doesn’t count. Christopher Steele was a foreign agent that influenced what became a politicized yet official investigation into Trump at the behest of Trump’s political opponents. Not only that, it is believed some of his information came from Clinton hatchet men Sid Blumenthal and Cody Shearer.
Many have called for a halt to a second Special Counsel, hoping everything would eventually work out. The time has passed, and Americans for Limited Government President Rick Manning agrees, stating, “In the past, I have advocated patience with the Department of Justice as they pursue this matter through regular legal channels. If Robert Mueller was doing his job, Congress wouldn’t need to have hearings and threaten the Deputy AG with contempt. If Mueller was doing his job, he would have identified the crimes mentioned above and prosecuted them, but he didn’t because that was not his job. Robert Mueller’s job was to cover up for the DOJ and FBI, even if it means ignoring and participating in the ongoing c**p attempt and shredding the U.S. Constitution. It is time for a second Special Counsel to do the job Robert Mueller won’t.

I fully understand the first amendment. Trumps tweets are a lame attempt to obstruct Justice I think you are breight enough to understand that Trump is the president and he is obstructing Justice and trying to influence an ongoing investigation.
