When one reads Article III in The United States of America's lawful Constitution. Usually agreed that the one with the most credibility is the one that went unchanged from 1819 through 1860-61. Things are a bit murky before 1819 and after sine di 1861. All of the several states accepted territories into the union, time and time again during this time without one change to our Constitution. Oregon and Kansas are the last two lawful states. All the rest are color of law legal fiction foisted upon us by BAR attorneys. That has to be cleaned up. Records corrected and the paper work put proper.

Article III prescribes that for Americans, beneficiaries of the founding documents, the only reason for our founding documents is those folks known as We the people. I am guaranteed law and equity on Oregon by the "one supreme Court" that claims original jurisdiction.

Mookini v United States 303 US 201 informs us that an Article III courts name does not begin with United States. Meaning the United States Court of International Trade NY NY is not the Article III court it claims to be. I do think the US CIT NY NY knows where the "one supreme Court with original jurisdiction" is located.

That is what we are looking for. With that we are guaranteed remedy.

Hence:

On Oregon Original Constitutions circa 1859 filed into the one supreme Court with claimed original jurisdiction. In care of the United States Court of International Trade N.Y., N.Y.an advertised Article III court. In lieu of THE FEDERAL DISTRICT OF OREGON where I sought jurisdiction and justice; in law and equity. at 1000 SW 3rd Ave, Portland, Oregon in courthouse 740. Not an Article III court, acting in color of law! A fraud upon the people. Filed into law and equity. Constitutionally guaranteed. Documents Defined circa 1819 thru 1860-61
