I'm Wondering What The Reaction Would Be To A Report Based On Inimpeachable Evidence Of Crimes Unrelated To Russia?

So much energy has been put into everything about Russia being deep state f**e news conspiracy that no matter what Mueller reports on the investigations of the investigations would go on far longer than Trump has in office for the rest of his term, the GOP will not react as congress or the senate should.

So how about if Mueller simply takes a different approach and presents indisputable evidence in a case that is so simple the GOP has nowhere to go with it, public opinion will pressure an impeachment before the mid term e******ns?

Things can come out in the Manafort trial that is about Russia ties and influence peddling by Trump and his administration. Cohen can and is quite likely to be coming out with testimony of crimes committed by and for Trump that could result in prosecution, and congress needs no trial to impeach him for obvious crimes that he can be prosecuted for after he is impeached. Numerous prosecutors feel comfortable that in the face of solid indisputable evidence of crimes that a sitting president can and should be indicted. It's not been tested, but Nixon was going to be charged when he resigned before that could happen.

I think Mueller is smart enough to know that the GOP may not impeach no matter what his report says about Russia. There seems to be a whole lot of cooperation on Cohen and Manafort with state prosecutions that Trump can't pardon. Both the Manafort and Cohen things are oppotunities to annihilate Trump in the media with true facts of misdeeds.

We need to fully know what went on with Russia as far as e******n tampering, hacking, and collusion, which we already see evidence of with Trump associates, but it may not be what takes Trump down, all it takes is good old tax fraud, money laundering, taking money illegally from Russians under sanctions. At this point wh**ever Trump has done illegally the FBI will have information and evidence on.

Things can come out in the next trial.... but, things have not come out because the trial is still to take place. Extraterrestrial could land on the WH lawn and Jesus could make a comeback anytime.. Could is speculation, a possibility... but only a possibility, guilt is not assigned because a person could have committed a crime..... guilt is assigned after review of all evidence and only then after considering reasonable doubt can a verdict be rendered.

It is possible that candidate Trump directed a dirt gathering expedition at the Trump Towers.
It is more than possible, probably did happen. Was it illegal.... no. However, if they did get dirt on K**lary, he did not use any of it. Did Trump direct payment to two prostitutes... yes.
Was that illegal, no. Unless he paid them from campaign funds. Even Cohen says he made up F**E vouchers to submit to the TRUMP COOPERATION, not the Campaign Funds, to repay him for his expenses. So, there you have the TRUMP Cooperation in other words Trump repaid him. So what other HIGH CRIME: treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors are you expecting the President has committed as President?

Just as a reminder, by the Constitution, the House of Representatives has “the sole power of impeachment,” and the Senate “the sole power to try all impeachments.” When the President of the United States is tried on impeachment, the Chief Justice is to preside. The concurrence of two thirds of the members present is necessary to convict. “The President, Vice-President, and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” But judgment cannot “extend further than to removal and disqualification to hold and enjoy and office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.” Thus it is obvious that the founders of the government meant to secure it effectually against all official corruption and wrong, by providing for process to be initiated at the will of the popular branch, and furnishing an easy, safe, and sure method for the removal of all unworthy and unfaithful servants.

And Nixon.... well he committed the crimes while in the office of President. Andrew Johnson was impeached while in office for violating the Tenure of Office Act, among other crimes. The 1867 law required Senate approval before a president could remove any member of his cabinet who had been confirmed by the upper chamber of Congress. Clinton, again he committed his crimes while in office. No president has ever been charged or impeached for offenses committed prior to taking office.... and no president has ever been removed from office.
