Clearly the left is willing to sacrifice a few citizens if it means getting more v**es.

1st, we must agree that the vast majority of i******s are here to feed their families or better their own lives.

2nd, we should agree that America is not the world's welfare agency, and we take in plenty of legal immigrants without any i******s.

Life isn't fair. The innocent deaths aren't even the only problem with i******s. They drain our resources. They fill our jails. They bring drugs and crime into the country.

We need to recognize that people who enter illegally have broken our laws and are not entitled to courts, lawyers or waiting time for hearings. They are entitled to the minimum medical and humanitarian care needed to assure they stay alive long enough to survive the trip back across the border.

We need an end to chain migration as well as lottery migration. Each and every individual who comes to this country must be vetted and definitely cannot be an economic refugee. We need an end to the H1B programs that allow corporations to hire Indians with Doctorates for less than they would pay an American Engineer or Mathematician. Any company, like Disney, who dumped their Engineering staff and replaced them whole cloth with H1B's should be compelled to pay the salaries and carry the benefits of the replaced workers until their retirement.

We need to end the importation of cheap labor, which has contrived to deprive American workers of their share of the pie. Real wages have not gone up in thirty years even though productivity per worker has doubled and tripled. Arguments that our immigrant forbears were just like the current crop of i******s and legals is plain non-sense. The nation is not the same and the needs are not for unsk**led hands, but for people with some substantial sk**l set. Prior immigrants did not come from a culture of murder, rapine, theft or general disobedience to law.

Another reform which must be addressed is a genuine identification, to certify citizenship, which must be used to obtain any benefit from the government or to v**e in our e******ns. It is bad enough that these i******s come here and distort our economy but when they usurp citizenship they deprive me and all other citizens of our rights. The ID needs to have teeth, if someone is caught using f**e ID it must be a felony with a mandatory 40 year sentence and with a death penalty for second offense. Anyone manufacturing or providing such false ID gets a mandatory death sentence.

You ought to look for more documentation than one news source. I have read many news articles that say he was in the country illegally. Oh, I forgot you seem to be for open borders.

A court document filed Wednesday morning states that the man accused of k*****g Mollie Tibbetts was working legally in Iowa, contradicting authorities' contention that he is an undocumented immigrant.

But officials at the Iowa dairy farm where the suspect worked offered information Wednesday afternoon that undermines the document's claim.

And U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Shawn Neudauer said Thursday that "law enforcement remains absolutely confident that we’ve correctly identified the suspect as an i*****l a***n from Mexico, based both on investigative interviews with him and on records checks."

Cristhian Bahena Rivera, 24, was charged Tuesday with first-degree murder in the July 18 disappearance of Tibbetts, a University of Iowa student whose abduction has captured national headlines.

The government is incorrectly promoting the idea that Rivera is not in Iowa legally, attorney Allen Richards of Tama said in a court document asking for a gag order in the case.

"Sad and sorry Trump has weighed in on this matter in national media which will poison the entire possible pool of jury members," Richards wrote, referencing a statement from the president citing Tibbetts' death as an example why "i*********n l*ws are such a disgrace."

If so, That is not what I meant.. depending on what trump ran his mouth about, the defense lawyer may claim that any words from the president could sway the outcome of the jury if this goes the route.

then the lawyer will still have to convince the Jury/judge.. But it is a possible strategy for the defense lawyer..
