I'm Not Hearing How FOX and The Right Wing Media Is Taking These Cohen Guilty Pleas

Dems are going to be busy defining the crimes Trump committed involving campaign violations and instructing Cohen to commit crimes.

I suspect we are going to be figuring out if a sitting president can be charged with crimes, I go with the fact that the constitution does not intend for the president to get a free pass on crimes, it says no man is above the law, not no man except the president is above the law.

The representation this gets by FOX will determine how quickly the right comes around on this or if Trump will fight impeachment in the face of criminal potential indictments. Trump may soon be trying to pardon himself, which is an i***tic concept.

Trump's priorities sure changed from worrying about Manafort and Cohen to himself.

Wood, the American public will, or has already made up it's mind, on the issue of whether Trump directed Cohen to payoff women with whom he has had an affair. Yes, the left will frame the issue as "an attempt to influence the e******n". Most of the public will view this charge as hyperbole. Virtually anything a candidate does can be said to influence the e******n.

Compare this to the "Steele Dossier" financed directly or indirectly by the Clinton Campaign, and the "insurance policy" efforts by corrupt officials in the FBI and DOJ, that set up the Mueller "witch hunt" for "Russian Collusion". All the illegal spying and digging for any dirt on Trump campaign officials (think Flynn and Popadopoulos) by Mueller is an attempt to flip these targets into anything that can be used to discredit Trump, leading to an effort to impeach Trump by the left and turncoat establishment elements on the right.

Recall the Matthew 7:3 proverb "Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?"

Here's my thoughts. I'm an Independent but lean right.

A gang from the injustice department forces their way into my home at 5 am on the weekend, guns drawn, terrifying my wife, then scour my home for anything they want, including files that are attorney/client privilege.

They leave, finally, warning me that there is much more to come.

Every minute, every day, the pressure is on, to tell everything I know that might incriminate the sitting president. If I don't have anything incriminating, I am to make it up (compose).

They scour MY bank records, my tax returns -- then the threats really begin. I'm told that they have found enough to have me spend 65 years in prison (by the way, anyone else charged with this white collar crime, might serve 1 1/2 years in jail), but this is the injustice department-- they can do anything they want.

They are now really putting the pressure on -- threatening my wife because she innocently signed our tax returns. They are threatening her with prison. I'm now really scared. When will this nightmare end?!?

The injustice department tells me how I can end this nightmare -- tell America that Donald Trump directed me to pay off two women blackmailing him before a p**********l e******n and that he is now a co-conspirator in campaign finance scheme. (However, that isn't what really happened, as noted on a tape the injustice department has, but I want this nightmare to end), so I give them what they want. Now, I'll only spend 5 a 6 years in prison, and they won't charge my wife.

Tell me, who wouldn't take this deal? Tell me, how many of you -- left or right -- feel this is fair? Is this the kind of country you want to have? To live in? What about when they come for you?

There is something VERY, VERY wrong with this whole so-called "unbiased, objective" investigation.

God help us all

AGREED Sassy!!! The weaponized DOJ in action. This is the way things are done in dictatorships and banana republics. And it's happening right here in our America. Add to that the censorship by the tech kings of dissenters, and the biased and narrative driven "news" services and we are NOT looking like much of a free country, are we?

If you had every scumbag in this country, every sleazebag in the government, every sock puppet in the media, every brainwasher in public schools and universities, every airhead in her classroom, every pencil neck in corporate offices, every shyster in his law firm, every whore in her brothel, every miscreant in his basement, every narcissist in Hollyweird, every malcontent on facebook and twitter, every knuckle d**gger in his sewer, every maggot in his bathouses, and every bottom feeder on the streets trying to destroy you, your family, your friends, and your country, you'd be a mite worried yourself.

One thing you need to know, though I am sure it means squat to the likes of you, is this. The President of the United States CANNOT be impeached for anything he has done BEFORE he took office. Any charges for impeachment must be based on the actions and deeds of a president while he is in office. That's the Constitution, spoody, the document that you h**e filled dung slingers wipe your ass on every day.
