my son and daughter inlaw surprised us
they came up from Corpus Christi just to celebrate with us and of course my daughter and her Husband came over

Great glad they all could make it and keep on keeping on
you will make 71 with mama in tow if need be. Just checked
on the hurricane to see if my daughter will be safe and it
appears that she and her husband will be OK. They live on Maui.

They very seldom see any hurricanes out that far in the Pacific.
Usually it is pretty calm and peaceful out there/ At least it has
been ever since they have lived out there.

I heard the other day that they haven't had a hurricane in/on Hawaii for about 20 years. My Granddaughter was born in CA and it was a Number of years after that that they moved to Hawaii My granddaughter will turn 24 this year on Nov. 22nd and my guess is that she was about 8-12 or even older when they moved to Hawaii the first time.
