Herr Mueller's special counsel IS NOT a fourth branch of government. Mueller is nothing more than a prosecutor working for the DOJ, and since he was not appointed by the president and approved by the senate, he is only an employee, not a principle officer, such as an AG or FBI director. The DOJ is a department within the Executive Branch. The POTUS is the CEO of the Executive Branch. Although Deputy AG Rosenstein is Mueller's immediate boss and AG Sessions is Rosenstein's immediate boss, president Trump is everyone's boss, including Mueller's.
Mueller's original mandate as Rosenstein clearly defined it was to conduct a counterintelligence investigation, not a criminal one. It is a serious violation of the Constitution and standing DOJ rules regarding special counsels for Mueller to act with Carte Blanche and search for a crime or crimes. Mueller's hit squad is acting far outside his constitutional and legal authority. It is an extreme conflict of interest for an employee to investigate his boss. In any other circumstance, any employee who would do such a thing would be canned ASAP.
But, you, along with all of your comrades, have sworn loyalty and allegiance to a political party rather than to the Constitution of the United States, you are a party apparatchik which makes you essentially worthless as a citizen.
