There is a "state draft law" and you were by operation of law inducted into the "unorganized m*****a" one day prior to your 17th birthday when the US Supreme Court opined that you attained age 17, for all lawful purposes.
Don't let the Liberal Democrat Socialists con you to believe that civilians "don't need assault rifles" when those able-bodied residents of the age of 17 years or more, who are not in the armed forces of the United States or its reserve components under the President as Commander in Chief, also have one foot already in the military, as statutory members of the unorganized m*****a, awaiting only the Order of the Governor to be mustered into the well regulated m*****a of the State.

Notice how the Liberals couch their new gun control demands in language such as firearms are only for "hunting" or "recreational shooting" purposes, deliberately failing to mention the bonafide state purposes of t***sferring members of the state's unorganized m*****a into the Congressionally authorized 32 USC 109 State Defense Forces, constituting the well regulated m*****a, for all state war powers purposes, which beyond invasion also include to "execute the laws, suppress r**ts, and to curtail i**********ns" of the domestic enemies of the United States of America, which are Foreign and D******c T*******ts and also the armed A****A C*******t street r****rs, and the L*****t organized b****s, Hispanics, Trump "resistance" and "Occupy Wall Street" illegal assembly criminals who are subject to the provisions of "The R**t Act," who fail to disperse when ordered to do so by the Police or any elected "Conservator of the Peace," such as a Mayor or a City Councilman.

So, all able-bodied state residents that are not in the US Military or its Reserve Components, by virtue of law being of "m*****a age" as lawful members of the commonwealth or state's unorganized m*****a, realize that all it takes is a Governor's Executive Order, Proclamation of State of Emergency, or Declaration of Martial Law, that includes a provision "to muster the m*****a" into the 32 USC 109 State Defense Force as the well-regulated m*****a, and you have effectively been ordered for induction into the state m*****a armed forces.


Which is why both assault rifles and high capacity magazines in the hands of the general public conforms to bonafide state interests in these continuous decades of P**********lly Proclaimed States of National Emergency.
