I disapprove of Trump, but given the same opportunity, I'd v**e for him again.
When Congress was more democratic, their approval rating was about 10%, was it not??
How do you know that seeing the country as headed in the wrong direction isn't a result of the very anti-Trump biased press??

Given the fact that colleges are way to the left I would be inclined to not put much if any credibility in any polls taken by them !
Having said that polls are a small percentage of people and and can be manipulated to get the results one wants !
I understand fully why the trump h**ers love to see polls that cater to their line of thinking , they would love to see the economy tank / our manufactures go bankrupt so they can buy cheap stuff from China anything so they can discredit Trump !
I never liked Obama however if he would have done what Trump is doing then I would have changed my mind about him sad to say he did just the opposite !

Here is same poll numbers on Obama. Right direction or wrong track. Years are displayed in the Dec/Jan time frame to show whether Trump current or Obama past. Poll is weekly for years back.
When one scrolls down to 2016, the predominant rate for Obama is mid 20's to low 30's on right direction and high 50's to low 60's for on wrong track..

When polls are taken as we all know there are multiple pollsters around the country and I do not look at individual polls and cherry pick. Due in fact we have no idea where these polls are taken wether there in republican districts or democratic districts so the only way to get to that plus or minus margin of error is to average all major pollsters and Trump has been as low as 32% and a high of 40% on average but had never been above 40%. He currently stands at 38% and his strongest supporters that due not move at all still stands at 32%.
