True, in socialist countries working s***es pay for all the benefits used by all the deadbeats who are too lazy to actually do real work. The incentive here is to become a deadbeat and live off the work of others. It works until there are more deadbeats then workers which is what always happens eventually. Then the whole thing falls apart and has to start from nothing. Socialism k**ls the work ethic which is the engine of all human progress.

I have a friend in Denmark who owns a corporation that does $380 million a year, he warehouses and distributes veterinary supplies and has about 120 employees. He was telling me that every employee including the janitors owns their own homes. Luxury cars are taxed at 250%, even though he is very wealthy common sense makes him refuse to buy a high end BMW because they cost several hundred thousand dollars. Taxes are high, but if you make a lot of money that's the way it is.

The difference between how working people live and the wealthy does not have the divide we are seeing that has gotten huge between corporate CEO's who are nothing more than employees who get paid way too much for what they are doing.

In Denmark anyone who is on any unemployment or dole is put to work in their communities, the streets are immaculate, in fact they are all brick sidewalks and boulevards in Odense done with unemployed people.

I must have misunderstood you then, because this I do agree with.. They rob it blind and yet are not the true controllers who dictate either.. The big boys that really control the money dictate to them what they will get to do in the markets as well as what they get to have and keep..

I lost my dad few years back but I imagine he would have said the very same thing, Bob... He was republican by party and yet thought JFK was it!!!

Likewise sure my grandfather said the same thing.. He despised any money robbed from the tax payers that would be used for the whims of government yet supported food stamps saying the 30s showed everyone what having a meal on the table truly meant...

BS Dude: SS is funded by the people who work, Medicare is a paid for program by workers. Denmark? U love? Did U know that Denmark cannot afford to have an army. Income taxes are above 60%.
