Slatten and Poppa Gringo boarded a quick shuttle flight out of Dallas, headed for Houston. One sat in the window seat, the other sat in the middle seat. Just before take-off, badbobbyr got on and took the aisle seat next to the two Marines. bb kicked off his shoes, wiggled his toes and was settling in when Papi in the window seat said, "I think I'll get up and get a coke."
"No problem," said bb, "I'll get it for you." While he was gone, Papi picked up theSwabbies shoe and spit in it.
When bb returned with the coke, Slat in the middle seat said, "That looks good, I think I'll have one too." Again, bb obligingly went to fetch it and while he was gone, Slat picked up the Swabbie's other shoe and spit in it. bb returned and they all sat back and enjoyed the rest of the short flight to Houston.
As the plane was landing, bb slipped his feet into his shoes and knew immediately what had happened. "How long must this go on?" bb asked. "This fighting between our services? This hatred? This animosity? This spitting in shoes and peeing in cokes?"

Sorry I missed this earlier and late to the party, but.... Bogus story. Salty & I always ride first class...paid for by poker winnings from BB, while The Senior Squid is thrown in a sea-bag and dumped in the luggage compartment. We also share a fondness for tequila, not coca-cola.
