Most of us would say the same about Andrew Cuomo in that he was never that great as well. In fact he was less than not that great.

A Cuomo is a petty dictator, c****e, and an ALL around JERK. He sits up in Albany on his throne and dreams up ways to take down any and everything good both here in N.Y. and in the Nation as a whole.
