The prosecutors in OJ's case bungled the hell out of the case trying to get too cute.

I don't care how biased you are on the jury the case comes down to tightly focused incidents and charges that are what they are. The jury would have to stray far beyond what they will be charged with deciding if they were to try to acquit, there will be no latitude for going there because they want to read in that the prosecution is all about getting Manafort to flip, the case has nothing to do with that.

What do you think a jury of biased "peers" (Trump supporters as jurists) should do?

Move on to the next Manafort trial that's coming up.

Specific charges will be tallied up in terms of recommended windows of time, they will be on the middle of the road side, and Manafort will be talking about cooperating with Mueller.

A pardon would be a really bad idea, it would spark harder prosecution on the upcoming state case that can't be pardoned, it would instigate maximum sentencing on any charges he's found guilty on.

45 days long enough, he did some communicating with Russia as well, that is at the heart of this. He also was influence peddling and communicating with Kushner in a way that proves it.

We saw the tip of some things that were not part of these charges that have a direct relationship to Trump's campaign..
