Executive order 10990, signed by John F. Kennedy 1962. The order reestablished a council to oversee safety of civilian federal employees. This order has nothing to do with FEMA camps.

She's correct, first time this came up with so called maps one was supposed to be 40 minutes from here, it ended up being a condo and parking garage.

One doesn't build a condo of that size, 11 buildings, 7 parking garages and how many pools I have no idea. If that was a FEMA camp, I'll take one.

What I mean is they moved the camp and then built this place after, sold the land for development...
