I believe there was some comments from some that misunderstood the reason for the "women up front" decision ..As I understood it , it was an assumption that the B*M would not fire on women..!! I consider this a very bad decision ..Petting a two headed rattlesnake would be safer than trusting the B*M gunmen ..!!

B*M is responsible for maintaining the grazing land for all ranchers in the area, making sure it is safe and can support the lawful users of the land. They were granted the ability to charge a fee for use like national parks charge for visitors to camp or use the trails. These fees are so that they can be properly maintained and staffed areas. If they were not their then the government would sell the land and the new owner would be within their rights put up fences and remove and/or k**l any trespassing cattle at the owners expense. And then nobody but the owner would be able to use the land.

The B*M sent notices to the BUNDY ranch notifying them that they were in violation. Got a court order to seize the wayward property and still waited well after the minimum required time before taking action. So why is the B*M in the wrong? It is not. What the article doesn’t tell is how for probably the last 15 years the B*M has been trying to peacefully get Bundy to follow the rules that have been in place. I suspect Bundy has over the past 15 or more years has paid some of his grazing fees and complied with requests to move his heard when the grazing fields needed to be closed off so that the grass would grow but now they are too lazy to follow the rules and are so far behind in their payments that they are going to make a stand because it is their god given right to only follow the rules they like when they want. And will be the first one to yell I know my rights.

If I come on to your property and decide I don’t like your flower bed I should just dig it up and plant flowers I like that would be ok with you right.

Read the Constitution dumbass! The B*M is in direct violation of the Enclave Clause of the U.S. Constitution...look it up, that is if you're intelligent enough to. Bundy has been paying grazing fees to Clark County, then the illegal B*M started charging grazing fees on land they illegally own, and they drove all the other ranchers out of business. Question for you dumbass; can you afford $50,000 a year for grazing fees on land you don't legally own? None of the other ranchers could either.
