Keep an eye on what Trump is doing in turkey Ill bet he's trying to drive a wedge between them and us and I'll bet Trump wants the Turks to not renew the lease on our air base!
Whats in it for trump a pat on the back from his hero Putin who will gladly lease the base and finish his goal of being the dominant force in the region.
This all started right after his meeting with Putin.

Well, Wolf, I don't think it has anything to do with Russia. If you recall, a c**p was attempted in Turkey a while back. Turkey blames some guy here in the US for fomenting the c**p and want our government to hand him over, which the US has refused to do. So now, Turkey is holding an American pastor as retaliation under trumped-up charges of spying.
However, it could benefit the Russians in the long run. Grap your hat, and hang on, the world is about to blow up.
Trump, as you know, has tacked some stiff tariffs on Turkey's steel and Aluminum. Being the conspiracy theorists, I'm always accused of being, I sense the Israelis pulling the Presidents strings in this play. Israel and Turkey aren't the best of friends anyway, I suspect more will come of this as time goes by.
